All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. While we would love to cover your shipping charges, as a small local business we currently do not have the resources to absorb these costs.
Return Policy
Please note that we typically do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@halstedhouse.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
